Steve began his career as a carpenter, quickly realizing his love of building. In the past four decades, he has served as a sole proprietor and responsible managing partner at Logan/Schrader Construction, Natoma Construction and Insight Construction. In 2019, he began Steve Logan Construction where he partners directly with clients, leveraging his wealth of experience, keen attention to detail, and calm, solution-oriented approach to ensure their needs are not just met, but exceeded. Steve's extensive network and collaborative spirit have allowed him to forge lasting relationships with esteemed architects, quality subcontractors, and satisfied clients.
PHILOSOPHY
At Steve Logan Construction, our philosophy is to provide client support from start to finish. We believe this is best accomplished by offering a broad scope of assistance. We will provide budgeting, architect selection, if requested, design development, problem solving during the critical early stages of planning, along with careful management through project completion.
